Raja Prasanna

Raja Prasanna is the Managing Director of RJ Capital Partners, an investment firm seeking to acquire and operate UK based small and medium sized companies. Raja has a wide range of corporate and startup experience having held consulting, commercial, operational, strategy and general management positions in the past. Raja's educational background includes a B.E.(Hons) in Chemical engineering and an MSc (Hons) in Physics from BITS, Pilani and an MBA from London Business School.

Emma Zangs

Emma Zangs is a Choreographer and Movement & Communication Coach based between London and Suffolk. She holds an MA in Choreography from TrinityLaban Conservatoire and is a resident of Sadler’s Wells Artist Development Programme. Emma works with growing and established businesses from GoCardless to Google, coach entrepreneurs in accelerators such as Seedcamp and support women returning to the workplace with The Abbey Centre charity. She lectures at Cass Business School and UCL's Entrepreneurship MSc, and has successfully trained startups to pitch at Dragon’s Den and win the royal Pitch At Palace competition.

Panos Savvas

Panos has extensive retail and commercial banking expertise. With over 14 years in Banking and Fintech, he has been leading global product development teams and change management programmes for leading financial organisations including RBS, IG Group, Intelligent Environments and others.   Panos has worked with a wide range of Fintech and e-commerce ventures, providing independent consultancy on technology, strategy and product/service design. Over the years he has held senior engineering and strategic management roles with UK and global institutions.   As one of the founders, Panos is currently focused on scaling the Akoni business. Akoni is fundamentally changing the way business bank and procure financial services, leveraging data to create a personalised and tailored experience for businesses.   Panos holds a BSc Computer Science and an MSc Distributed Systems. In 2015 he received his Executive MBA from London Business School.   Finally, Panos is dedicated father and tries, often failing, to balance his work and family. He enjoys going on long hikes with his children whenever his schedule and the English weather allows it.

Himanshu Vyas

Himanshu is Chief Strategy Officer with Atos Consulting, Global Financial Services. He is Strategy and M&A focused senior professional with significant experience in digital disruption and technology industry. He leads the venture CiSeed focusing on mentoring chosen startups around their scale up and exit planning. As a trained leadership coach, Himanshu also mentors chosen C level executives and management trainees. Himanshu did his bachelors in Computer Science in Engineering from IIT BHU in lndia and lived in Canada, Silicon Valley, India and Stockholm before moving to London. His management education is in Marketing, Finance and Organizational Leadership from Indian School of Business and Harvard Business School.

Sumit Srivastava

Sumit Srivastava has extensive payments and retail banking expertise. He has over 15 years of global consulting experience in Banking and Fintech, having held product development, change management and impact investing roles in the past. Sumit provides mentorship support to startups in India, UK and Africa. He has successfully incubated a Tech idea in London Business School, and actively seeks early stage investing opportunity. Sumit did his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Technology from IIT BHU in India, and received his MBA from London Business School.
